APPLICATION DEADLINE AND FEES: Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, January 6, 2026, via the online application portal. The application fee is $80, with a reduced fee of $70 for early applications received by Monday, December 1, 2025, with payment made via PayPal.
Applications are not complete without BOTH application portion and application fee.
